Andrea Anders

Anders is a native of Madison, Wisconsin. She was born and raised in DeForest but is currently in Los Angeles. She earned a diploma from DeForest Area High in DeForest in 1993. In 1997 she graduated with a bachelor's degree in fine arts from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. In 2001, Anders earned a Masters of Fine Arts at Rutgers University. From 2006 until 2015, Anders and her former Joey co-star Matt LeBlanc, who met on the set of the sitcom that ended in a rerun, began dating. Sean Anders is her brother. (Sex Drive The X-Files; Never Been Thawed). Anders was in the theatre in 2001. She appeared in Elaine Robinson, the Broadway version of the film's Elaine Robinson. On the Jump was her first appearance at The Arena Stage. New Doors took place in The Guthrie Theater. Two New York Stage & Film shows: Cold/Tender & New World Rhapsody were also staged by New York Stage & Film. Anders was first seen in Fat Pig on the Geffen Playhouse stage. The role she played was Jeannie an accountant Fat Pig closed on July 1st, 2007. Anders was first shown on television in an advertisement for Dannon, which aired around 2006. She then appeared on the show in the 1990s. Anders was a character of Joey, as Alex Garrett the lawyer and The Class (nee Campbell) as Nicole Allen - an ex footballer's wife. Anders was in every episode of both shows, but neither was renewed. Anders appeared in guest roles on One Life to Live (as Donna Degenhart), Law & Order (as Heather), The Guiding Light and Tru Calling. She appeared in 5 episodes of HBO's drama series Oz in 2003. She played Donna Degenhart. In 2004 she portrayed Heather as Heather in The Stepford Wives. And in 2008, Brandy made a small appearance as Brandy on Sex Drive. Anders has also been seen on Numb3rs in the year 2008. Anders was also a part of two unsuccessful television pilots. These were Spellbound and News To Me. Anders is a regular on the show. He was cast recently on Better Off Ted. It is an ABC one-camera comedy about a work environment written by Victor Fresco.
